Since 2005, Scholastic has opened over 300 franchise language learning centers in China, These language centers utilize Scholastic’s unique syllabus which is designed specifically for children who learn English as a second language (ESL). Scholastic has three sets of courses tailored for young learners from different age groups from 3 up to18 year-olds.

About Scholastic Wuhan

Situated in the middle of China, Wuhan is the Capital City of Hubei Province. The Yangtze River and Han River flow through the city, dividing central Wuhan into three towns namely Hankou, Wuchang and Hanyang. Connecting Hanyang and Wuchang, the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge is the first bridge built over the Yangtze River in China. Scholastic now has three licensed language learning centers in central Wuhan, the Vanke Center was opened in March 2017 in Jianghan District, K11 Center was opened in November 2017 in Guanggu and the Han Street Center which was opened in October 2018. Currently, Scholastic Wuhan has approximately 800 students between the ages of 3 to 12.

Our Vanke Center has just celebrated its three years anniversary with over 350 enrolled students and 20 full time staff. Here are some photos of our working environment.

K11 Center:

K11 Center is located on the second floor of the K11shopping mall in Optical Valley, which is referred to as the Chinese Silicon Valley, also with over 350 active students.

Han Street Center:

Han Street center is locatedon HanStreet, conveniently located in a famous shopping area in the heart of Wuhan.

Job Requirements:

English fluency and proficiency, English should be your first language;

A passion for teaching;

TEFL/TESOL or other equivalent certification;

Love to interact with children, enthusiastic, caring and, most importantly patient with

children;

Must be willing to learn, grow and adapt while being a professional and team player.

工作內(nèi)容：

Job Description:

Job Title: Full time ESL teacher

Work Location: Scholastic Wuhan Centers

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate Scholastic courses to children aging from 3 to 12 years of age (with the

help of a local Chinese co-teacher), provide oral as well as written feedback to parents

after each class and complete weekly school-home progress communication book;

Class size 12-15 students;

Carry out regular assessments and host quarterly parent present classes;

Organize and facilitate demo classes for prospective new students;

Design and perform weekly story-telling session and activities;

Participate in various marketing campaigns and activities.

薪資待遇：

We Provide:

Work visa assistance;

For native English teachers with limited experience, we provide comprehensive on job

training and competitive salary of 15,000 (approximately USD2,200) per month plus

accommodation and bonus;

For native English teachers with over 5 years of experiences with children age 3-8 and relevant certificates, we provide a competitive salary RMB20, 000-22, 000（approximately

USD2,900 - 3,250）per month plus accommodation and bonus;

An additional RMB3, 000 monthly housing allowance;

Round-trip tickets back home will be reimbursed up to the value of RMB10, 000 upon

completion of the contract;

Professional development opportunities and internal promoting into managerial positions;

Local health insurance;

Chinese public holidays off and annual leave.

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個外教的懸賞傭金為母語外教9000一位，外教到崗30日結(jié)清中介傭金。

注意：

外教三個月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因走掉，需要免費換一名。
