Harbin Highbird Foreign Language School was established in 2013,which is a professional English training school with seven foreign teachers , and the foreign teachers’ nationalities include British, American, and Canadian. Some foreign teachers have been working at Highbird for 10 years.

哈爾濱市海博外國語學校2013年建校。專業(yè)的英語培訓學校，現(xiàn)有外教7名，國籍是英國、美國、加拿大?，F(xiàn)有外教在海博英語學校已經(jīng)工作10年之久。

Recruitment requirements:

招聘條件：

Foreign nationality: native speaker, Caucasian

外教國籍：母語白人

Education: Bachelor degree or above

外教學歷：本科及以上

Personal situation: meet the work visa

外教個人情況：符合工簽

Contract period: one year or two years

合同期：一年或者兩年

Qualification: have two years and above work experience

外教資歷：有兩年及以上工作經(jīng)歷

Work :

工作內(nèi)容：

Working hours: about 25 hours , usually 2 days’ off a week;during winter and summer vacation :one day off a week.

工作時間：25小時-30小時左右,平時每周休息2天，寒暑假期間每周休息一天

Teaching Course: Oral English

教授課程：口語

Students age: 14 years old or older

學生年齡：14歲以上

Class size: 8 students, 20 students

班級人數(shù)：8人， 20人

The office working hour: don’t need to come to the office,if you don’t have classes.

坐班情況：除上課時間外，不坐班。

Salary treatment:

薪資待遇：

Salary and payment methods: about 15k per month, the salary of this month will be paid off on the 10th day of the next month

薪資和發(fā)放方式：15k及以上，根據(jù)外教情況可以協(xié)商,每月10日發(fā)上一月工資

Accommodation: provide accommodation subsidy: 1,500 yuan per month

住宿：提供住房補貼1500元每月

Holidays: Same as domestic holidays

假期休假：和國內(nèi)假期相同

Ticket reimbursement: 5000RMB

機票報銷：5000

Visa transaction: provided by the school

簽證辦理：學校負責

Medical and accident insurance: provided by the school

醫(yī)療和意外保險：學校負責

Assistant: no assistant, the students can understand

助教：無，學生可以聽懂

Foreign teacher agency commission and payment method:

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

The reward for foreign teacher agency of each foreign teacher is 8000 yuan, and it will be paid 10days after the foreign teachers come to work.

每個外教的懸賞賞金為8000元整，外教到崗10日內(nèi)支付給外教中介機構

Tips:

If the foreign teacher leaves within three months due to his/her personal reasons, or some reasons of the foreign teacher agency , the agency should change one for free.

注意：

外教三個月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費換一名。
