單位簡介：

廣東省最優(yōu)秀的學(xué)校之一，石門中學(xué)是佛山地區(qū)高考名列第一的學(xué)校，是清華大學(xué)授予佛山唯一的“清華大學(xué)生源中學(xué)”稱號的學(xué)校。石門實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)隸屬于石門教育集團(tuán)，共有學(xué)生3600人，教職員工近300人，國際部的學(xué)生100多人，7名外國教師和20多位中國教師主要教授國際部7-9年級的學(xué)生，每班25人。課程語言為英語，涉及語音、語調(diào)、寫作、演講與辯論、禮儀、音樂、廚藝、經(jīng)濟(jì)等內(nèi)容。

There are totally 3600 students in the school, more than 100 students study in the International Department.The international teachers are mainly taught in the International Department where there are 25 students in each class and totally 3 grades. The course language is English, which involves pronunciation, intonation, writing, debit, etiquette, music, cooking, economy, etc.

我們的學(xué)校位于廣東粵港澳地區(qū)腹地的佛山，是李小龍、黃飛鴻的故鄉(xiāng)、中國功夫的發(fā)源地，享有中華傳統(tǒng)文化名城的美譽(yù)。乘高鐵前往廣州20分鐘，前往香港48分鐘。學(xué)校位于佛山南海的科技高新區(qū)，周圍的國際酒店、星巴克、麥當(dāng)勞、電影院、大型體育館、商場超市、購物中心等應(yīng)有盡有，是一座花園式的城市。學(xué)校占地260畝，綠樹成蔭，被稱為森林中的學(xué)校。

Our school is located in Foshan, the hinterland of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Region. Foshan is the cradle of Chinese Kongfu and the hometown of LI Xiaolong and HUANG Feihong, hereby is the city famous by the Chinese traditional culture. It takes 20 minutes to Guangzhou and 48 minutes to Hong Kong by high-speed train. It lies to the high tech zone of Nanhai, Foshan. There are international hotels, Starbucks, McDonald's, cinemas, large gymnasiums, supermarket, shopping centers, etc. around the school. It is such a garden city, which covers an area of 260 Mu with a dense growth of evergreen trees. It's one of the best schools in the city.

We have a very friendly teacher team. The Education director2015 of our school comes from a private school in British, he owns rich experience in teaching Chinese students. When you come to school, he will give you a detailed teaching training. Regarding to the accommodation, you will live in a single room in a flat which was decorated warmly. You will have the other 1 or 2 more international teachers to live together, and share the bathroom, kitchen and living room. Moreover, we will organize international teachers to participate in various social activities in every semester, we will let you feel that we are a warm family. 職位一：教學(xué)總監(jiān)Education Director 

職責(zé)：Responsibilities:

l 認(rèn)真執(zhí)行我校國際教育戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃，按計(jì)劃部署教學(xué)和相關(guān)工作；

Faithfully implement the strategic deployment of OIEC, organize the teaching plan and related work as request.

l 對國際教師的工作設(shè)立目標(biāo)并提出具體要求；

Set goals and put forward specific requirements for international teachers.

l 按照國際課程的設(shè)置和教材選定來培訓(xùn)教師，負(fù)責(zé)對國際教師的業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)、教學(xué)質(zhì)量的控制與指導(dǎo)；

Training teachers according to the international curriculum and materials, responsible for international teachers’ training, control and guidance of teaching quality.

l 負(fù)責(zé)國際教學(xué)教材的采集、匯總及內(nèi)部編輯出版；

Responsible for the compile and organize the textbook of OIEC, publishing with OIEC

l 負(fù)責(zé)外教招聘面試與教學(xué)管理；

Responsible for the international teachers’ recruitment and teaching management.

l 配合中方進(jìn)行招生策劃與推廣；

Follow the enrollment planning and promotion work required by OIEC.

l 每學(xué)期結(jié)束前4周向上級遞交學(xué)期的總結(jié)和新學(xué)期教師培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃；

Submit semester summary and teacher training plan for new semester 4 weeks before the end of each semester.

l 嚴(yán)格根據(jù)學(xué)校每次月考、期中、期末考，組織國際教師對每位學(xué)生進(jìn)行評估與書面評價(jià)，形成學(xué)生成績報(bào)告；

Organize teachers to make analysis and written evaluation for each student after every month test, middle-term test and final test.

l 按照學(xué)校教師手冊細(xì)則開展管理工作。

薪資2.2萬以上，提供獨(dú)立住宿

職位二：英語外教

招聘條件：

外教國籍：英美加澳新，母語為英語的白人

外教學(xué)歷：本科學(xué)位及以上

外教個(gè)人情況：22-40歲，文體特長優(yōu)先

合同期：一年

外教資歷：持有TEFL、TESOL或者CELTA證書

工作內(nèi)容：

工作時(shí)間：每周20小時(shí)，一周工作5天，周末雙休

學(xué)生年齡：12-15歲

班級人數(shù)：國際部25人/班，普通班50人/班（少量課程）

坐班情況：上午9:00-12:00，下午：15:00-17:30

薪資待遇：

薪資：稅后11-20k（根據(jù)外教經(jīng)驗(yàn)來定），每月15日發(fā)上一月薪資

機(jī)票：每年有6000元補(bǔ)助

其他福利：購買意外險(xiǎn)、每年有2000元的年度獎(jiǎng)金

住宿：包住（學(xué)校提供精裝修單人間，水電費(fèi)自理）配置：學(xué)校提供一套配家具、家電的住房，包括一間臥室、廚房，衛(wèi)生間。電腦一臺，接通網(wǎng)絡(luò),空調(diào)一臺,桌椅，床，衣柜等。

需要共享：洗衣機(jī)，冰箱，微波爐，廚房用品

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為普通的母語口語外教8000元整，非母語口語外教6000元整，專業(yè)的外教10000元整，外教到崗30日內(nèi)支付清。

注意：

外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)換一名。
