單位簡介：

Shane English（Yangzhou Schools）founded in 2009，has over the past 13 years，developed intothe largest all foreign taught ESL training center in Yangzhou with three locations serving 3500students.

Shane English has committed to recruiting only professionally qualified native speakers to providerelaxed and completely immersive English environment for students to learn in. With 45years of experience, Shane has a rich and compelling teaching system that appeals to the learners ofall ages. It is specifically tailored for non-native learners to idiomatically develop their skills in arelaxed way.

A little about the city. Yangzhou is a medium sized city just north of Shanghai and near Nanjing, beingabout 2 hours from the former and an hour from the latter. The city has all of the amenities of the largercities but not all of the hassle. We have several Starbucks', a Pizza Hut, Burger King and several otherwestern style restaurants and modern shopping centers. The locals are overly friendly and the city’shistory dating back over 2500 years lends itself to a tangible sense of authenticity in a rapidlymodernizing China. A patchwork of winding streets and quiet gardens, one will find the old city center is crisscrossed with ancient canals and sleepy neighborhoods to wander through.

招聘條件：

外教國籍： 英國，美國，加拿大，澳大利亞，新西蘭，愛爾蘭，南非等國家

外教學(xué)歷：本科及以上學(xué)歷

外教資歷：符合辦理工作簽證的要求

外教性別：男女不限

外教個(gè)人情況：有教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，活潑開朗，到崗公司提供培訓(xùn)，有責(zé)任心，發(fā)音純正，穩(wěn)

定性好，喜歡孩子。

合同期：一年及以上

工作內(nèi)容：

工作時(shí)間：一周工作五天，每月不超過 120 小時(shí)教學(xué)時(shí)間，主要工作在周末

教授課程：英語

學(xué)生年齡：3-14 歲

班級人數(shù)：小班制，每班不超過 16 人。

坐班情況：無

薪資待遇：

薪資和發(fā)放方式： 母語 23-32k，根據(jù)外教情況協(xié)商。每月 10 號發(fā)上一月工資

住宿：根據(jù)外教情況協(xié)商

假期休假：享有法定帶薪

機(jī)票報(bào)銷：含在薪資內(nèi)

簽證辦理：學(xué)校協(xié)助辦理

其他福利：學(xué)校付1000元購買國內(nèi)保險(xiǎn)

助教：提供

受聘方如有家屬隨行，費(fèi)用自理。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為母語12000元整，外教到崗7日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機(jī)構(gòu)，外教到崗滿30日付清余款

注意：

每名外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)補(bǔ)一名。
