單位簡介：

Busy Bee Education于2010年在上海成立。如今，我們已發(fā)展成為一個在上海擁有5個中心，成都2個，廈門1個的全英語日托機構(gòu)，該機構(gòu)為2-6歲的孩子提供系統(tǒng)的，獨特的且以兒童為中心的學(xué)前教育課程。

我們設(shè)計了數(shù)學(xué)，藝術(shù)，科學(xué)，寫作，音樂和故事等課程，并在社交情感，身體與運動，認(rèn)知和語言四個領(lǐng)域為我們的孩子提供全英語，但既輕松又有趣的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。

Busy Bee Education was founded in Shanghai in 2010.  We provide an all-day English preschool program suitable for kids aged 2-6 years old. We currently have 5 centres in Shanghai, 2 in Chengdu, and another partner centre in Xiamen.  

Our goal is to help prepare the students for school after preschool. We teach them social skills, respect, and listening skills. We hope through our fun and engaging activities (Writing, Math, Art, Science, Engineering, Story, Games, and more), the students will develop good habits that will prepare them for success.

Busy Bee wouldn’t be where it is today without the love and support from our wonderful team. Our philosophy has always been to deliver a quality program but at great value. All of our teachers share the same vision and we definitely want to put education first. We are more than just teachers on a team, we are family.

招聘條件：

1. 25 – 45years old. Female Preferred

2. Nationality: Both Native and Non-Native English speaking teacher. Good accent and pronunciation

3. Education: Bachelor degree or above

4. Qualification: TEFL or TESOL or CELTA certificate

5. Experience: At least 1 year related working experience, preferably in child care

6. Character: Love kids, responsible, open and patient, stable, trainable

7.  Working visa provided

工作內(nèi)容：

工作時間：8點至17點半，周一至周五。8:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday

教學(xué)內(nèi)容：全英文托育中心 All-day English daycare center

學(xué)生人數(shù)：不超過16人 No more than 16

學(xué)生年齡：2至4歲 2 to 4 years old.

薪資待遇：

1. 5-6 weeks of paid holidays

2. 3 sick paid leaves and 3 personal paid leaves with 1 additional personal paid leave for each following year with Busy Bee

3. Annual Health check up

4. Career development opportunities, certification courses provided, and first aid training

5. Busy Bee will pay and apply Working Visa for you (for those that qualify)

6. The salary can negotiate

7. Frequent buffet, and team activity

1. 5-6 周帶薪假期

2. 3天帶薪病假，3天年假，且每跟隨BusyBee一年多一天年假

3. 每年體檢

5. BusyBee會為你付款并申請工作簽證（需符合申請要求）

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個外教的懸賞賞金為母語13000元整，非母語8000元整，外教到崗7日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機構(gòu)，外教到崗滿30日付清余款

注意：

外教三個月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費補一名。
