單位簡介：

Shane English（Yangzhou Schools）founded in 2009，has over the past 12 years，developed into the largest all foreign taught ESL training center in Yangzhou with three locations serving 3900 students。

Shane English has committed to recruiting only professionally qualified native speakers to provide relaxed and completely immersive English environment for students to learn in. With 30 years of experience, Shane has a rich and compelling teaching system that appeals to the learners of all ages. It is specifically tailored for non-native learners to idiomatically develop their skills in a relaxed way.

A little about the city. Yangzhou is a medium sized city just north of Shanghai and near Nanjing, being about 2 hours from the former and an hour from the latter. The city has all of the amenities of the larger cities but not all of the hassle. We have several Starbucks', a Pizza Hut, Burger King and several other western style restaurants and modern shopping centers. The locals are overly friendly and the city’s history dating back over 2500 years lends itself to a tangible sense of authenticity in a rapidly modernizing China. A patchwork of winding streets and quiet gardens, one will find the old city center is crisscrossed with ancient canals and sleepy neighborhoods to wander through.

招聘條件：

外教國籍：英國，美國，加拿大，澳大利亞，新西蘭，愛爾蘭，南非等國家

外教學(xué)歷：本科及以上學(xué)歷

合同期：至少1年

外教資歷：活潑開朗，有教學(xué)經(jīng)驗

工作內(nèi)容：

工作時間：每月不超過108小時教學(xué)時間，主要工作在周末。周內(nèi)或有少量校外合作課。周一和周二休息

教授課程：英語

學(xué)生年齡：3-16歲

班級人數(shù)：小班制，每班不超過14人

坐班情況：除上課時間外，每周有1.5小時的workshop時間，不超過3個小時的微信語音作業(yè)檢查時間

薪資待遇：

薪資和發(fā)放方式：母語的27-32k，可以根據(jù)外教情況協(xié)商，每月10日發(fā)上一月工資

住宿：有房貼，含在工資內(nèi)。

假期休假：22天的帶薪假

機(jī)票報銷：全額

簽證辦理：協(xié)助辦理

醫(yī)療和意外保險：學(xué)校付1000元購買國內(nèi)保險

旅游和交通：有市內(nèi)補(bǔ)貼，含在工資內(nèi)

助教：提供

受聘方如有家屬隨行，費用自理。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

“每個外教的懸賞賞金為13000元整，外教到崗7日內(nèi)支付50%給外教中介機(jī)構(gòu)，外教到崗滿30日付清余款?！?/strong>

注意：

每名外教三個月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費更換一名。
