招聘條件：

Foreign nationality: native speaker, Caucasian

外教國(guó)籍：母語(yǔ)白人

Education: Bachelor degree or above

外教學(xué)歷：本科及以上

Personal situation: meet the work visa

外教個(gè)人情況：符合工簽

Contract period: one year or two years

合同期：一年或者兩年

Qualification: have one years and above work experience

外教資歷：有一年及以上工作經(jīng)歷

Have TEFL or TESOL certificate

具有Tefl或Tesol證；

工作內(nèi)容：

Working hours: about 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, usually 2 days’ off on working days

工作時(shí)間：每周工作25小時(shí)左右,平均每天工作5小時(shí)，每周休息2天

Teaching Course: Oral English

教授課程：口語(yǔ)

Students age:5years old or older

學(xué)生年齡：5歲以上

Class size: 8 students, 20 students

班級(jí)人數(shù)：8人， 20人

The office working hour: don’t need to come to the office,if you don’t have classes.

坐班情況：除上課時(shí)間外，不坐班。

薪資待遇：

Salary and payment methods: 15k per month, the salary of this month will be paid off on the 19th day of the next month

薪資和發(fā)放方式： 12k-15k,每月19日發(fā)上一月工資

Accommodation: provide accommodation subsidy: 1,500 yuan per month

住宿：提供住房補(bǔ)貼1500元每月

Holidays: Same as domestic holidays

假期休假：和國(guó)內(nèi)假期相同

Ending bonus: 6000RMB

年獎(jiǎng)金：6000元

Visa transaction: provided by the school

簽證辦理：學(xué)校負(fù)責(zé)

Medical and accident insurance: provided by the school

醫(yī)療和意外保險(xiǎn)：學(xué)校負(fù)責(zé)

Assistant: no assistant, the students can understand

助教：無(wú)，學(xué)生可以聽懂

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個(gè)外教的懸賞賞金為母語(yǔ)外教7000元整，非母語(yǔ)外教6000元整，外教到崗20日內(nèi)支付

注意：

外教三個(gè)月內(nèi)因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費(fèi)換一名。
