Education First Changchun is a professional school established in 2001 and we have four successful EF schools in the city now, Guilin Lu Center (since 2001), FAW Center (since 2008), Mega Center (since 2011) and Gaoxin center (since 2012). EF Changchun is the largest franchise school in China. There are more than 50 English teachers at our schools from the USA, the UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. We are currently seeking new teachers for our four schools. EF is a really great place to start or continue your teaching career. 招聘條件：

外教國籍：母語國家，美國、英國、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭、愛爾蘭、南非（白）、

外教學歷：本科及以上

外教個人情況：19-50歲性別不限，有活力，喜愛孩子，熱愛教學，無精神類疾病及其他不良嗜好

合同期：1-2年

外教資歷：不限

工作內容：

工作時間：每周安排大約20小時課時，每節(jié)課60或120分鐘。周兩天休息。

教授課程：青少兒

學生年齡：3-16

班級人數(shù)：小班制，每班不超過12人-16人

坐班情況：除上課和備課時間外，不坐班。

薪資待遇：

薪資和發(fā)放方式： 10k-15K,每月25日發(fā)上一月工資

住宿：提供住宿 基本上是雙臥室公寓 拎包入住，或者提供2000元補助

假期休假：22天帶薪假期  3天病假

簽證辦理：全部免費辦理

其他福利：免費考取EF TKT證書一份，3000元續(xù)簽合同獎勵  每次合同結束后有24000元結算獎金，每季度有1500元或3000元績效獎金

醫(yī)療和意外保險：價值3900元免費保險

旅游和交通：每年一次校區(qū)團建一次年會，每月一次部門團建，無交通補助

助教：每班1-2助教

其他：受聘方如有家屬隨行，費用自理。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：

每個外教的懸賞賞金為10000元整，外教到崗7日內支付50%給外教中介機構，外教到崗滿30日付清余款

外教三個月內因自身原因或外教中介方原因離職，需要免費換一名。
