English Language Teacher JUN18 - PRESENT , Shenzhen, China Currently teaching general, private. conversation based and project based classes to Chinese adults and teenagers. Classes range in size from 4 – 40 students and the level taught is predominantly pre-intermediate and above. English Language Teacher JUN17 – JUN18 Web International English, Shanghai, China Prepared and taught beginner, intermediate and advanced level general English and Business English classes to groups of 4-10 students, presenting an assortment of topics in a lecture format to large groups of around 30 students and continuous student assessment. English Language Teacher JUN16 – JUN17 English First, Surabaya, Indonesia Delivered general English classes to children, teenagers and adults. Assessed students on a level by level basis and prepared students for the TOEFL examination. Took part in promotional activities and themed events. English Language Teacher and Curriculum developer AUG15 – FEB16 (One school term) Shenzhen, China Developed a twenty-four-lesson primary school curriculum from scratch. Taught classes to a total of 900 students with 50 students in each class. Accompanied students on school outings, participated in various extra-curricular activities and offered general English classes to local staff. English Language Teacher OCT14 – FEB15 (One school term) Fun Language International, Bangkok, Thailand Prepared and delivered game orientated general English classes to both kindergarten and primary school children. Co-ordinated with three Thai teaching assistants in order to efficiently coach 800 children distributed amongst one primary school and two kindergartens. Also wrote individual report cards for aforementioned children. English Language Teacher NOV12 – AUG14 Shenzhen, China Prepared and taught general English and business English to beginner, intermediate and advanced level students. Created lecture style presentations from scratch and engaged the students in regular informal discussion in order to help increase their overall confidence in verbal communication. English Language Teacher NOV11 – NOV12 Shenzhen, China Prepared and taught general English, IELTS based and conversation based classes to 600 adults and 20 teenagers. Participated in regular promotional events, contributed to a revised adult curriculum and prepared teacher training sessions that focussed on communicative activities
