(2016 – 2018) Shenzhen ENGLISH TEACHER AND TEAM COORDINATOR -full timeHELP OTHER TEACHERS TO IMPROVE THEIR PERFORMANCESoon after I arrived at this kindergarten, the owner of the kindergarten asked me for help, because she saw an incredible performance of my students, and she wants me to share my knowledge with other colleagues in order to improve overall performance. Results are very good, this was a great opportunity for me to improve myself I learned a lot. (2014 – 2016) Shanghai ENGLISH TEACHER AND MARKETING ROLE -full timeDEVELOPING NEW KINDERGARTEN, GETTING NEW KIDSThe new kindergarten, located in the Pudong area. The main focus was on getting new students, we organized public promotion in a shopping mall and community parks. Later on, we focused on marketing with many small performances of first students. (2013 – 2018) Shenzhen, Shanghai, Hangzhou ENGLISH TRAINING CENTERS - full time and part-time My first English teaching job in China was in the training center on a full time. Later on, my basic field was in kindergarten with additional part-time jobs in English training centers, working with kids age from 6-14 years old.
