Introduced policy and management guidance systems, boosting academic quality. Conceptualized, developed, and implemented advanced curriculum and syllabi.  Encouraged critical-thinking and resourcefulness to prepare students for real-world situations.

·         Oct 2014 to Aug 2015 Teacher of Business English at Web International Qingdao Eastern China.  Teaching Business and basic English from 12 to 50-year-olds.

·         October 2013 to Oct 2014 Programme Chair at Newham College.  Improvement in academic quality of batchelor’s degree course, viewed by Open University external examiners. Budget reduction, of 3 FTE, through reorganisation of staff.

·         Jan 2012 to Sept 2013 American Intercontinental University London -  Lead Business Lecturer and Programme Chair. A staff of 10.  As campus director analysed and constructed a turnaround strategy for a ￡19m T/O, USA private University: reduced ￡1m budget overspend by 80% in 8 months by restructuring debt, resourcing, the introduction of academic and management controls; gained Board approval.
