韋博國際英語大連中心成立于2005年，目前在大連有4家學(xué)校，均坐落于最繁華的商務(wù)區(qū)，是大連最頂尖的成人英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校。

Geography :Dalian is a coastal city and holiday resort, which is located on the east coast of the Eurasian continent, the south of the Liaodong Peninsula in northeastChina, adjacent to the Bohai River in the northwest , southeast of the Huang  River, including 260 islands.地理位置:大連，位于歐亞大陸東岸，中國東北遼東半島最南端，西北瀕臨渤海，東南面向黃海，有包括大小島嶼260個，屬于海濱城市,度假勝地。

Weather Condition:Dalian is the warmest place in Northeast China with four distinct seasons, not too cold in the winter or not too hot in the summer. The highest temperature in summer is around 30 degree. The air is clean with blue and clear sky.天氣情況:大連市位于北半球的暖溫帶地區(qū)，具有海洋性特點(diǎn)的暖溫帶大陸性季風(fēng)氣候，是東北地區(qū)最溫暖的地方，冬無嚴(yán)寒，夏無酷暑，四季分明。夏天最高氣溫30度左右，空氣質(zhì)量PM2.5優(yōu)。

招聘條件：

1、外教國籍：美國 英國 加拿大 澳大利亞 新西蘭 愛爾蘭

2、年齡及性別：25-55歲 男女不限

3、合同期限： 一年合同，包含3個月試用期

4、學(xué)歷要求：本科以上

5、招聘數(shù)量：10人

6、簽證類型：工作簽證 ，家屬簽證

7、證書：TEFL/TESOL

8、其他：外國專家證

工作內(nèi)容：

6、工作安排：40小時/周 （含25小時授課時間，15小時辦公室時間）

7、教授課程：小班課（學(xué)校指定教材），沙龍課（學(xué)校指定教材），英語角（外教自選話題）

8、學(xué)生年齡：16歲以上

9、班級人數(shù)：4人（小班），10人（沙龍），20人以上（英語角）

10、坐班與否：是

薪資待遇：

1、月薪：試用期7000元/月，轉(zhuǎn)正9200元/月。工資將于每月5號前發(fā)放，各類津貼每月 15 號前發(fā)放。

2、簽證辦理：第一年簽證費(fèi)用外教承擔(dān)，第二年開始簽證費(fèi)用公司承擔(dān)

3、節(jié)假日：國定假日正常放假

4帶薪假日：帶薪年假5天、 帶薪病假3天（可以折現(xiàn)，267元/天）

5、每周休息時間：每周休息兩天

6、機(jī)票：每6個月3000元，全年6000元。

7、住宿：住房補(bǔ)貼2000

8、滿勤獎金：1000元/月

9、保險費(fèi)用：無

10、受聘方如有家屬隨行，一切費(fèi)用由受聘方自理。

外教中介傭金和發(fā)放方式：7000元/位

每個外教的懸賞賞金為7000元整。外教到崗滿一個月付清。
