上海市閔行區(qū)教育學(xué)院創(chuàng)建于1958年,是上海市示范性教師培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)。學(xué)院位于紫竹國家高新科技園區(qū)和國際教育園區(qū),與華東師范大學(xué)、上海交通大學(xué)毗鄰,是閔行區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育研究、培訓(xùn)中心。
學(xué)院以教師專業(yè)發(fā)展為核心,努力構(gòu)建以需求為導(dǎo)向的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展支持系統(tǒng),整合教師研修網(wǎng)、云錄播課堂評價系統(tǒng)、學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量分析系統(tǒng)、教師專業(yè)發(fā)展系統(tǒng)等,變革教研科研、教師培訓(xùn)方式,營建研修共同體、特色團(tuán)隊以及教師個體學(xué)習(xí)空間,為區(qū)域教育教學(xué)改革、教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提供支持與服務(wù) 。
學(xué)院承擔(dān)參與多項國家級、市級重大教育科研項目的研究與推進(jìn),主持開展國家社會科學(xué)基金項目《基于學(xué)習(xí)分析技術(shù)的中小學(xué)學(xué)業(yè)質(zhì)量評價研究》,在教師專業(yè)發(fā)展、現(xiàn)代學(xué)校制度構(gòu)建、評價改革、信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用及課程建設(shè)等多個領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了探索、實踐、創(chuàng)新,促進(jìn)閔行基礎(chǔ)教育內(nèi)涵與品質(zhì)的提升。
學(xué)院通過外引內(nèi)培,不斷優(yōu)化人才結(jié)構(gòu),逐漸形成了一支結(jié)構(gòu)較合理、水平較高的培訓(xùn)者隊伍。學(xué)院組織架構(gòu)以院務(wù)中心、科研中心、教研中心、發(fā)展中心和技術(shù)中心等五大中心為主?,F(xiàn)有教職工163人,其中特級教師11人,區(qū)學(xué)科帶頭人27人,區(qū)骨干教師17人, 名師工作室主持人8人,5位博士研究生以及一批具有碩士研究生學(xué)歷的優(yōu)秀教師。在閔行區(qū)教育優(yōu)質(zhì)化、信息化、國際化的發(fā)展愿景下,學(xué)院將進(jìn)一步建設(shè)成為區(qū)域開放性教育人才高地,高層次教育研究中心、專業(yè)化教師發(fā)展中心和多元化教育交流中心,成為一所優(yōu)秀人才聚集兼蓄、特色鮮明的研究型、服務(wù)型區(qū)域教育學(xué)院。

Minhang Education Institute Intro
Minhang Education Institute, , formerly the West Suburb Teachers’ Institute established in 1958 and Minhang Teachers’ Institute established,changed to current name in March 2011 , is a public institution directly governed by Minhang Education Bureau. Our mandate includes enhancing and implementation of course reform, research and guidance in education and teaching, assessment and management for education quality, establishing and training of teachers’ talent pool and application and promotion of information technology district wide. Among our honors and awards are National Exemplary Institute for Education Research, National “Eleventh Five Year” Exemplary Team for Education Research, Shanghai Exemplary Unit for Harmonious School (2000-2010), Shanghai Excellent Workplace.
