濟南安生學(xué)校新聘請20余名外籍教師

       這個學(xué)年，是濟南市安生學(xué)校（濟南外教招聘）的文化深耕年，學(xué)校繼續(xù)聘請了來自英美等國家的20余名外籍教師加入安生。截至目前，濟南安生外籍教師已達50人，超過學(xué)?？?cè)藬?shù)的10%。

his academic year is a year of Deep Cultural Cultivation for Jinan Thomas School. The school has continued to hire more than 20 foreign teachers from countries such as the UK and the US. As of now, the number of foreign teachers in Thomas School has reached 50, accounting for more than 10% of the total number of staff in the school.為打造一支多元化、高效能的教學(xué)團隊，9月3日，學(xué)校外事辦對外籍教師進行了入職培訓(xùn)，幫他們盡快適應(yīng)工作和生活環(huán)境，提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量，增強對學(xué)校的文化認(rèn)同感。

外事專員Helen詳細介紹了學(xué)校的文化和教育理念，講解了中國的法律法規(guī)、學(xué)校政策和相關(guān)工作制度。

Living in China is our privilege. We are here by our own choice. It is very important for us to remember that we are guests in this country, we should act with kindness and respect towards our hosts. Often our own behaviors and choices reflect on how willing those around us are to do extra to help us. I have lived in china for 16 years. I have lived in many provinces and cities.  Shandong is known for it's kind people, and I personally find Jinan to be a city filled with exceptionally kind, understanding and helpful.

Living and working in Jinan for the past 16 years has been an enriching experience. The people of Jinan are warm and kind-hearted, always willing to lend a helping hand in any situation. Their genuine hospitality truly makes this city feel like home.

At Jinan Thomas Primary School, where I have been fortunate to work for the past four years, I have witnessed a strong support system in place for our teachers. Our Chinese colleagues, team leaders, and principals are consistently prepared to assist, ensuring that teachers have a positive and rewarding working experience.

I've recently collaborated with the HR department to create a series of videos designed to help new first-time foreign teachers navigate the often overwhelming world of technology in China. These videos cover a wide range of essential topics, from setting up Alipay and WeChat to finding the best places to buy food, picking up Taobao packages, linking bank cards, and even figuring out how to use public transportation like buses, the subway, and Didi. Our hope is that these resources will create a welcoming environment and ensure a smooth transition for all new teachers as they settle into their new surroundings.

外籍教師紛紛表示，通過這次培訓(xùn)，他們不僅獲得了必要的信息和技能，也感受到了來自安生大家庭的溫暖與支持。
